Presidents Report:  Edie Dunlap, breezy1@tdstelme.net

Mike Moody and I attended the Eustis Board of Selectman’s meeting on June 28th to present the paperwork for an access route on Dead River Road. It was approved to have us put out the voters’ petition papers to gather no less than 40 signatures. If that is done than the Selectman will hold a public hearing and voting to see if the residents agree to the access route. If passed, it will be presented to the ATV department at the state level for their approval.

The trail master’s ATV won first place in the Family Fun Days parade (atv division). Big thank you go to Fred and Mike Smith for the decorating job they did on the atv, Cassandra Smith for providing us with the candy the kids really enjoyed getting, Gloria Smith for driving the atv in the parade and Bruce and Dianne Wyman for taking charge of the strawberry shortcakes, water and raffle sales. Without their help we would not have been able to do it. Thank you.

We had our club ride to the Red Onion Restaurant yesterday, July 9th. We had 14 machines and 27 people on the ride. It was dusty but still a nice ride. We arrived at noon and were leaving at 1:00. Great wait staff and kitchen!

The ride to Tim Pond Camps will be Sunday August 21st. This year we will be having chicken pies for lunch. We will leave the Pines parking lot at 10:00 am. I will need a count of how many people will be coming on this ride by August 15th so they can prepare enough meals. Edie – 431-0922.

We received a thank you letter from Maine Business Education Partnership for our donation to “From Maine to Ukraine”.

Vice President: Sandi Isgro, sandi.whitewolf@gmail.com

Sandi thanked the club for the donation for her Bicycle project. The bikes are now at a lot of the business around town for people to enjoy.

The bridge behind Flagstaff General has been re-boarded.
