Flagstaff Area ATV Club Minutes – September 10, 2023

7 members were present. The meeting was brought to order at 10:00 a.m. by Vice President Sandi Isgro with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Presidents Report:  Edie Dunlap, breezy1@tdstelme.net

Our second request for grant reimbursement was for $30,864.85. We still have some money left in our grant which we will use toward our share of the cost of Brochu Bridge. The plans are being finalized for the repair this fall and the trail will be shut down during the work on the bridge. We were told earlier that our share would be $25,000 but because of the increase of the final cost it will now be $50,000.

We had a nice ride into Tim Pond Camps for Chicken Stew/Biscuits, drink and dessert. It was a beautiful day and not much dust because of rain the night before. Our last get together will be at Natanis Campground on Saturday September 30th for our club members to thank them for all their support. This will not be an ATV ride but coming in your personal vehicle and it will be rain or shine. The club will be furnishing Hamburg/hotdogs/water, you may bring other non-alcoholic drinks of your own if you would like and please bring a dish to share. There are chairs there but if you would like to bring your own that is fine. Time for arrival is around noon time. If you plan on attending please let Edie Dunlap know by phone (207 431-0922), email or message so we can plan on how much food to buy.
