Presidents Report:  Edie Dunlap,  breezy1@tdstelme.net

Rangeley Club is now officially registered with the state.

We will be doing a club ride to the Red Onion Restaurant on July 24th. The restaurant now opens at noon time so they asked us to arrive at noon and we would be able to come in without their having to close part of their seating down waiting for us to arrive. I will be getting a menu choice along with prices before the next meeting.   We also have a club ride into Tim Pond on August 14th

Family Fun Days are on June 26th. We will be doing our Strawberry Shortcakes and would love to see a lot of atv’s in the parade. The theme this year is Old Hollywood.

I submitted our paperwork for the municipal grant for $73, 027.96 and just received an e-mail saying we were approved for $73,000.00. That will give us $65,700 to spend on the maintenance on the trails.

Rev-it-up sent a letter letting us know they are no longer a dealer for Yamaha so will not be selling or fixing the machines. They are going to have a store there with some parts and accessories. Eventually their plans are to have trailside food for sale as well. We wish them good luck in their new venture.

Jim Brochu will be doing some work at Elephant Head along with the rough section of trail between the turn off to Eustis and Tim Pond Road. He will be removing rocks and ditching, filling where needed with gravel.

We have been working on the trail behind Flagstaff Store replacing culverts, digging ditches and closing the old trail.

Friday we put a bridge over the beaver dam on the trail from Kennebago Road to our main trail.

We bought a back pack sprayer to use with liquid calcium for dust control where needed.

The 50/50 was won by Debbie Currier who donated it back to the club, thank you. The door prize was won by Gloria Smith.
