The Antler Hill trail is now open in both directions. You can access it on the Natanis Trail from the Eustis end of the Airport rd. at the junction of Lone Pine rd. or from the branch just below the clear-cut at Bugeye. You may want to enjoy a picnic at the new bridge at the Northwest Inlet. The Bradbury Brook loop of this trail is now OPEN. It is approximately 6 miles long. This newest section of the trail is a REAL ATV TRAIL! IF YOU DON`T LIKE ROUGH RIDING, DON`T USE THIS TRAIL! HEAR ME PEOPLE!!! STAY OFF THE KING AND BARTLETT ROAD!
At this time Plum Creek is working on the Natanis trail at Bugeye. Plum Creek is working at the Bugeye section of the Natanis Trail and you need to use caution at the construction site. We believe it won`t go on too long.
We will sign and post any updates.
IT`S FINAL FOLKS!
Our trails at Alder Stream and our plans for the Carrabassett
Connection have gone up in smoke! Literally! It seems that the Penobscot
Nation will not renew our permits. They have not chosen to give an
explanation for the refusal at Carrabassett. It is still possible to
travel our trails to the Penobscot boundary, sadly they will dead end.
Our Trailmaster`s wheels are turning already for another connection.
We`re not comfortable at this time to share the possibilities You can be
assured we`ll do our best to replace the 40 miles denied us at this time.
You may want to check out the NEW Quill Hill Overlook. The view is
stunning on a clear day.
The jobs can change on a daily basis so if you are inclined to help
