Mike Moody attended the meeting to ask about creating an ATV access route from Nubble Way, up Dead River Road to the trail head at Flagstaff General. There are some Airbnb’s that it would benefit as well as locals that have ATV’s. The club will present his request to the Board of Selectman and from there it would need a vote by the residents of Stratton/Eustis for it to happen.
The Lobster Raffle Tickets are going well this year, only a few books left to sell before the drawing at Family Fun Days on the weekend of June 25th.

We will have a club ride to the Red Onion Restaurant on Saturday July 9th. We will be leaving the Park n Ride in Eustis at 9:00 as we need to be there by noon. Please let me know if you are going by July 5th so I can give the restaurant a head count. (431-0922).
Family Fun Days will be June 25th. If anyone is willing to help with the Strawberry Shortcakes please let me know and would love to see lots of ATV’s in the parade. We had a lap quilt that was donated to the club last year to use as a fund raiser. We will be selling raffle tickets for the quilt along with our Strawberry Shortcake and bottled water at our booth.

Fred picked up the Excavator May 30th. We started on the John’s road replacing or resetting culverts, pulling alders, cleaning out the ditches and working with a game warden to help with the beaver problem. The warden is still working on the issue. We have also started working on the new re-route to go down the snowmobile trail from John Road to SFT road. AFM wants us to both be on the same trail.
Most of the road issues that AFM and Wagner want done are grading and we will contract that out.
We will be working up on Elephant Head replacing or resetting a number of culverts on the road stretch from Elephant Head to Tim Pond Road. Wagner is furnishing the culverts and we are doing the work.
Need to re-board a bridge behind Flagstaff General and looking for some members to volunteer to help with that.
The 50/50 was won by Chris & Debbie Currier which they turned back into the club – Thank you and the door prize was won by Lee Morin. .
