Flagstaff Area ATV Club Minutes – August 7, 2022

19 members were present. The meeting was brought to order at 10:00 a.m. by President Edie Dunlap with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Presidents Report:  Edie Dunlap, breezy1@tdstelme.net

The petition to have a public hearing and vote on the ATV access from Nubble Way to Route 27 was signed by enough people to have the hearing and vote on July 26th before the Selectman’s meeting. After discussion for the access route and against it, the question was put before the voters in attendance. The majority requested no ATV access.

The ride to Tim Pond Camps will be Sunday August 21st. This year we will be having chicken pies for lunch. We will leave the Pines parking lot at 10:00 am. I will need a count of how many people will be coming on this ride by August 18th as there will be a cut off number for the chicken pies. If you still want to come on the ride and pack a lunch you can do that. You can give me a call, e-mail or message me. Thank you.  Edie – 431-0922.

The first request for reimbursement from our grant has been sent in to the state. The total for this invoice is $45,756.28 for work, contractors and materials for the trail system.
