The Flagstaff ATC Club’s next monthly meeting will be October 11th at 10:00 at the Stratton Plaza.
The September 13th meeting for the Flagstaff ATV Club will be held again this month at the Stratton Plaza. Time will be 10:00 to 11:00. Big thank you to the Plaza for letting us hold our meetings there this year, great support for the club. We have had other businesses also volunteer but unfortunately they were not able to provide space enough for social distancing. Thank you White Wolf and Looney Moose. Hope to see everyone at the meeting.
17 members were present. The meeting was brought to order at 10:00 a.m. by President Edie Dunlap with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Flagstaff ATV Club meeting for August 9th will be held at the Stratton Plaza at 10:00 a.m.
JULY MEETING: We will not be able to have our monthly meeting July 12th at the Stratton Community Center due to a change in their policies for COVID. Several businesses offered their places to have a meeting and it was decided that The Stratton Plaza would be the best one for members to be able to social distance. The Plaza will be closed on that Sunday so there will be no food, beverages or customers there during the meeting. The meeting time will be the same 10 to 11. Please pass the word to members who may not have facebook or a computer to read it on the website. We will put a sign on the Community Center door that day to direct anyone to the Stratton Plaza if they did not know the change of venue.
Flagstaff ATV Club will be having our June monthly meeting at the Community Center on Sunday June 14th. We will have to follow some CDC guidelines which I will receive in a couple of days from the town office. There will not be any coffee or refreshments served. I think face coverings are optional and will need to space out the chairs around the room. If you feel comfortable coming we will look forward to seeing you and if you are not comfortable coming than we also understand and will hope to see you at our next meeting.
