<p>1.)Meeting brought to order by Don Plante President <a href="mailto:damp@tds.net">damp@tds.net</a> at Noon with a moment of silence for those who lost their lives on 9/11</p>
<ol>
<li>Don thanked the land owners for the use of their properties, we would have no trails without their generosity</li>
<li>Don read thanks from the Stratton Rec Director for the $245 for the rafting trip and $250 for the community center projector</li>
<li>The club voted against renting the excavator for private jobs</li>
<li>He mentioned that the next meeting in October will be our last meeting of the season and also the election of officers.  All present officers have expressed their willingness to serve another year.  Anyone wishing to run is encouraged to submit their name</li>
</ol>
<p>2.)Vice President Sandi Isgro <a href="mailto:whwolf@tds.net">whwolf@tds.net</a></p>
<ul>
<li>Sandi will be going to the Kittery information center next weekend to promote ATVing in the area.  She will welcome anyone that might go down to relieve her for an hour or two.  Snacks will be provided.  All that is necessary is to hand out maps.   Please contact Sandi if you  have any more questions 207-246-2922</li>
</ul>
<p>3.) The treasurer, Bob Dennett reported that we were in good shape as usual</p>
<p>4.) Ruthann Smith reported that our Club Membership is at 245 members</p>
<p>        I will be depositing another $80 from sales from the Eclectic Treasures shop in Stratton.  The shop has been very successful this season in allowing us to sell donated items to benefit our club.  Remember to drop off any items that you may want to donate at the White Wolf in Stratton</p>
<p>5.) Trailmasters report</p>
<ul>
<li>Aug 19th I went to Bugeye and did 2 sections, then picked up 2 telephone poles and delivered them to the Flagstaff Rd bridge site</li>
<li>Aug 20th I went back to Bugeye and did 5 sections</li>
<li>Aug 24th I picked up a lift of lumber and delivered some to the Pines and Bugeye boardwalks.  I went back to Bugeye with the excavator and hauled the planking into the site</li>
<li>Aug 2th Don and I went to Bugeye and did 4 sections</li>
<li>Aug 26th I hauled cribbing into Bugeye</li>
<li>Aug 31st I took the excavator to Sawyer Brook Bridge site and pulled the boardwalk back into place and did a little clearing to the trail.  In the afternoon, I went to Bugeye and did 2 more sections</li>
<li>Sept 1st I went to Bugeye and did 3 more sections</li>
<li>Sept 2nd Pete, Ray, Lee and I worked on the Cathedral Pines Boardwalk, we did 5 sections.  I then went to Bugeye and hauled 2 loads of planks.</li>
<li>Sept 3rd I went to Bugeye and hauled cribbing into the site</li>
<li>Sept 4th I went to Bugeye and did 3 more sections, then went out and put up Caution Horses signs on the trail from Eustis to the Pines Market</li>
<li>Sept 7th I went to Bugeye and hauled in planking and widened the boardwalk for the snowmobile groomer</li>
<li>Sept 8th  Neal Blaney and I  went to Bugeye and did 5 sections, then went out and took down the Butler Brook closed signs</li>
<li>Sept 9th Neal, Pete, Ray, Lee and I finished Bugeye boardwalk</li>
</ul>

<li>July 14th I went to Tea Pond and got their landowner permission slip</li>
<li>July 15th I took the excavator to the middle part of Tim Pass Loop and pulled rocks, filled divets and widened the waterbars.  Don and I then loaded planking for the Pines Boardwalk</li>
<li>July 16th Don, Pete, Ray, Bob Smith and I started repairing the Pines Boardwalk</li>
<li>July 20th I took the excavator to Bradbury Brook and pulled rock. filled voids, ruts and a washout halfway through</li>
<li>July 21st Don and I picked a lift of lumber.  I then went to the lower part of Bradbury Brook, filled ruts and made waterbars</li>
<li>July 22nd Neal, Mark Mercer and I cleared trails of blowdowns and signed</li>
<li>July 23rd Neal, Mark and I went to Tea Pond and redid the deck on the bridge to satisfy the forester.   Then we went to put in signposts and signs</li>
<li>July 24th Neal and Mark cleared Antler Hill and Bradbury Brook of downed trees.  Ken Targett delivered 4 loads of gravel to the trail across from Pines Market.  Cathedral Pines was kind enogh to spread it.  We thank them</li>
<li>July 7th Don and I cut cribbing for the Pines Boardwalk.  It is in really bad shape</li>
<li>July 28th Don and I started the rebuilding of the Bugeye Boardwalk</li>
<li>July 29th Don, Pete, Ray, Phil, Lee and I worked on rebuilding the Pines Boardwalk</li>
<li>August 3rd. I took the excavator to Sawyer Brook Road and backfilled the washed out culvert</li>
<li>August 5th Neal, Mark and Jeff Mercer and I cut and cleared Coyote Alley in Alder Stream and explored Delaware Gap for the last time.  It is a NO GO!</li>
<li>August 6th I took the excavator to TIm Pass Loop to fix the washed out culverts and the washout and fixed the brook and the bridge.  I put barricades and ditches to keep the riders out of the brook</li>
<li>August 11th I took the excavator to the Pines Boardwalk and cut cribbing and did 2 1/2  sections</li>
<li>August 12th Pete and I did 5 more sections of the Pines Boardwalk</li>
<li>August 13th I did the Sawyer Brook Loop and put up more signs and cleared foliage from older signs</li>
</ul>
<p>8.)New Business</p>
<ul>
<li>Mooseloop problems, signs fading to white</li>
<li>Reported that someone drove off Brochu Bridge, we know you can&#8217;t do that.  Don will investigate to find out what really happened.</li>

<li>Family Fun Days was a success for the club.</li>
<li>Thanks to Ray &amp; Nancy, Pete &amp; Edie, Neil &amp; Lorraine, Dick and Ruthanne and Phil , we appreciate your hard work</li>
<li>Congratulations to Nancy and Peter for winning best ATV in the parade</li>
<li>July kids ride will be on July 27 with a rain date of July 25th watch the weather. Ride leaves Pine Parking Lot at 9Am and the kids have to be back at 2.  Bring your own lunch and helmets will be provided to the kids and members should also wear their helmets.  Any member wishing to give a child a ride please call Don Plante at 246-5947</li>
<li>Club ride to Tim Pond Camps for Lunch will be August 27th.  Turkey Pot Pie for lunch $15.00 per person.  All are welcome please contact Don Plante 246-5946 if you would like to attend</li>
<li>Motion passed and  carried to donate $250.00 to the Rec Program for a projector</li>
<li>Membership voted not to do Pine State Show this year we will revisit it next year</li>

<li>June 21st Don checked out Bradbury Brook and decided it was ok to open it</li>
<li>June 24th Neal and I checked measurements for the bridge on Tea Pond Trail and put up a Moose Loop sign on the Plum Creek Road</li>
<li>July 1st I rode the Butler Brook Trail, opened it and put in sign posts.  Richard and Michael Korhonen and Mike Thompson repaired broken planks on the Pine Boardwalk</li>
</ul>
<p>July 4th Don and I put a 20&#8243; culvert donated by Andy Brann of Absolute Services on the Tea Pond Trail.  Don Posted signs at Chuck Estey&#8217;s brook crossing, 2 kids had torn it up with ATV&#8217;s</p>
<ul>
<li>July 5th Don and I picked up 4 telephone poles at CMP</li>
<li>July 6th I took the excavator to the Tea Pond Trail and started clearing the slash</li>
<li>July 7th I delivered beams for a bridge on Tea Pond Trail and continued clearing slash</li>
<li>July 8th Neal and I repaired 4 broken box culverts destroyed by a truck on Eustis Trail</li>
<li>July 9th Don, Bob Smith, Pete, Phil, Jeff Bureau, Neal, Jeff Mercer and I built a 12&#8242; bridge on the Tea Pond Trail and finished clearing the trail.  We then went to the Pines boardwalk and cut cribbing to prepare for rebuilding it</li>
<li>There is now a trail open to the Trails End Steakhouse in Eustis, they&#8217;re looking forward to serving ATV riders</li>
</ul>

<li>300 Moose Loop signs are out on the trail, thank you trailmasters and signers</li>
<li>Something to think about, we have the opportunity to pass out information at the Kittery information booth.  Do we want to do this??</li>
<li>Suggestion to recognize members for 5 yr, 10yr etc..</li>
<li>Don will discuss &#8220;right of way&#8221; pedestrians and ATV on the boardwalk with the Cathedral Pines Ass.</li>

<p>1.) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Presidents Report</strong></span>: Don Plante Email Out of Order</p>

<li>Meeting brought to order at 10AM with the Pledge of Allegiance</li>
<li>19 members present</li>
<li>The club received thank you letters from both FABA and Sugarloaf for donations the club had made</li>
<li>There are 3 1/2 books of lobster tickets left.  The drawing will take place on Saturday PM at Family Fun Days</li>
<li>All members are encouraged to participate in the Fun Days Parade. The theme is Mardi Gras.  Dust off your beads, feathers and masks and lets all have a great time.  We will assemble at 10 AM at the CMP garage for a start time at 11 AM.  The club will also be offering our famous strawberry shortcakes as well as our mouth watering doughboys.  Both treats sell out fast so get in line early</li>
<li>July 27th is the date for the kids ride.  Drivers are to assemble at the parking lot in Eustis in time for departure at 9AM prompt.   The kids have to be back by 2 PM .  You are to bring your own lunch this year. The rain date for the ride is the 28th.</li>
<li>The Landowners Appreciation Day is set for September 10th.  We will have the same site as last year at site #1 at the Cathedral Pines Campground on Eustis Ridge Rd.  The menu this year will consist of chicken, ribs, hot dogs and hamburgers.  Our September meeting will be held at the picnic on Saturday instead of the next day at the Community Center as previously announced</li>
</ul>

<li>May 18,  19, 20, 22 Neal, Don and I checked out the trails and decided to close Bradbury Brook, Butler Brook, and End of Lake Loop for Memorial Day weekend.  As of now of the three, only End of Lake has reopened</li>
<li>May 21st Ray, Pete and Lee rode and cleared the Natanis Trail.  3 bridges need to be replaced</li>
<li>May 23rd I took the excavator to Bag Mtn and put in water bars and pulled rocks</li>
<li>May 24th I took the excavator to the Salt Shed trail and drained the abandoned beaver bog, put the big culvert back in, pulled rocks and did more drainage and water bars</li>
<li>May 25th I took the excavator to Caldwell Rd and back filled the road crossing and went to the parking lot and ditched the hill and filled the washouts</li>
<li>May 27th I took the excavator to the south side of  Tim Pass and fixed the washout with the help of Nils Bryant who then checked out the remainder of the Pass trail.  I also put in water bars to the top and cleared a parking area.  On the way out I picked up the big iron stove that had been dumped out there and took it to the dump.  Ray and Pete cleared bushes on the Natanis Trail </li>
<li>May 28th Ray, Pete, Ken and Lee removed 10 large trees that had been blown down by the storm</li>
<li>May 29th Ray and Nancy, Pete and Edie and Ken and Tammy cleared water bars and directed the water to the side of the trail.</li>
<li>I signed some of the Moose Loop in the truck, then took the excavator to the Stratton intersection and fixed the washout.  I got a $20 donation from a rider for the club.  The front idler bearing ended up going.  The excavator is down at this time.  The idler is being rebuilt</li>
<li>May 30th Don tore up the spare boardwalk on the Pines trail, we can still make use of the lumber.  Ray, Pete and Lee cut up downed trees on the Natanis Trail</li>
<li>May 31st Don did some signing</li>
<li>June 1st Don cleared part of Bradbury Brook.  Don and I picked up a lift of lumber</li>
<li>June 2nd I delivered planking to the Natanis Trail</li>
<li>June 3rd Don, Ray and I replaced the snowmobile bridge on the Natanis Trail</li>
<li>Ruthann and I met with 4 people from Connecticut at the Cathedral Pines campground.  They were having a great time ATVing for the 1st time for 3 of them.  They loved our area and were thrilled to see moose on the trail, that was a priority of theirs</li>
<li>June 4th Don, Ray, Pete and I built 3 waterbar bridges wide enough for the snowmobile groomer on the Natanis Trial</li>
<li>June 10th Neil and I signed the Moose Loop to Rangeley and rode Tim Pass.  The trail to Alder Stream is closed.  The Penobscot forester says it was not him, I will contact AFM</li>
<li>June 11th Neil, Jeff and I put in sign posts and signed</li>
</ul>

<li>April 11th Don and I went to Augusta to the workshop meeting on the 7 day permit.  They voted to charge $53.00 for it and added a fine of $250.00 for not registering your machine.  It goes into effect in 2012.</li>
<li>May 13th I went to Halfway Brook on the Natanis Trail and took out the post to open the trail for maintenance to begin</li>
<li>May 14th I went to Kingfield for a Best Management Practices workshop on trail construction.  It was offered by the Kingfield Quad Runners and the Bureau of Parks and Lands</li>
<li>I will be getting out on the trails this week to check the signs and any work that may need to be done.  The trails are closed at this time with the opening date set for may 28th conditions  permitting</li>
<li>One of our landowners, club member Chuck Estey has been hurt in a work related accident.  We wish him well and a speedy recovery</li>
</ul>

<li> Carrabassett Club President said they have been in contact with their landowners and will be working on their trails to open soon in conjunction with ours</li>

<li>The club received a thank you from the Pine Tree Society</li>
<li>Motion made and passed to give the Pine Tree Society $75.00 again this year</li>
<li>We received a request for  the Sugarloaf  Marathon for a donation, a motion was made and passed to give them $50.00</li>
<li>A thank you was received from FABA for doing the Winslow show</li>
<li>FABA family Fun days is June 24,25,26</li>
<li>FABA asked for a donation, motion was made and passed to give them $100.00</li>
<li>We will be in the same area again this year for shortcake and doughboys</li>
<li>Stratton recreation Summer program contacted us  for the kids ride on Wednesday July 27.  A motion was made and passed to take the kids on a ride again this year.  The rain date will be July 28th</li>
<li>There was talk about giving the associated member a discount rate, this will be thought about and discussed at the May 15th meeting</li>
<li>We have new shirts, caps, vests, and hoodie sweatshirts for sale.  See STORE for merchandise</li>
<li>The new kickoff date for the Moose Loop Trail  is June 25th in Rangeley, Sandi Isgro will be there to represent our club. Senator Olympia will also be present</li>
<li>The club is looking into a ride on part of the Moose Loop Trail on June 26th</li>
<li>Motion made and passed to give Bob Dennett $100.00 for the Tour de Cure ride for diabetes</li>
<li>The toy ride will be September 24th</li>
</ul>

<li>March 18th &amp;19th Don and I set up for the Sportsmans Show in Winslow.  Friday was a little slow, but Saturday was busy.  We spoke with lots of people.  Saturday PM Phil Hill and Jeff Bureau took over and said is was very busy.  Sunday Ray and Nancy Charest and Pete and Edie Manter manned the booth. they were also very busy during the midday</li>
<li>March 21st Don and I went to the White Wolf for a meeting with the High Peaks Alliance on the Moose Loop Trail</li>
<li>March 26th Don and I did a TV interview on WSKI  at Sugarloaf. We spoke about the club and new Moose Loop Trail</li>
<li>March 31st I went to a county commissioners meeting in Farmington on the availability of  TIF  funds for trails.  I want to try to get some funding for the Caribou Pond Loop.  There is approsimately $27,000 Plus or Minus available.   It  looks like there is a good possibility that we could get some</li>
<li>April 4th  Don and I went to Augusta for a meeting on Bill LD175.   That is the 10 day permit that Don has been working on with one  of the representatives.  Don spoke in favor of it as did the lobbiest from ATV Maine</li>
<li>I am still waiting to hear from the land owners on the new connector trail that I have requested</li>
<li>We have access into Eustis Village and Trails End is a new sponsor</li>
</ul>
<p>7.)   <strong>GuestSpeaker</strong>:  Western Maine Representative for ATV Maine  Mike Worthley</p>
<ul>
<li>Showed us a map of  approved ATV trail in the State of Maine</li>
<li>Showed us new numbered signs  that will designate North and South trails by odd numbers East and West by even numbers</li>
<li>Shared upcoming ATV events for Roxbury ATV riders club and Westerm Maine ATV clubs see club links</li>

<li>Stratton PTC thanks the club for donation</li>
<li>Western Maine Toy Ride also thanked the club</li>
<li>Life Flight&#8211;We have 4 marked areas for landing the life flight. Emergency medical teams can now get to our trails</li>
<li>We have insurance through ATV Maine.  Reminder that if you are working on the trails put up signs letting riders know that there is work being done up ahead</li>
<li>Don has been working on a 10 day registration with the state &amp; ATV Maine.  State has increased the fine for unresistered machines to $250.00.  LD-175 is the bill number that would alow the 1o day registration.  Please support it.</li>
<li>Lobster Bake Raffle&#8211;thank you Emerson Dyer for printing the tickets.  Tickets on sale for $5.00.  Winners receive 20 lobsters,  5 pounds of potatoes and 10 ears of corn.  Drawing is on June 25 at Family Fun Days</li>
<li>Winslow Sportsman Show is March 18-20.  25 Vertie Drive, Winslow, right off 201 Sukee Event Center  Friday 1-7, Saturday 9-9 and Sunday 9-5.</li>
</ul>

<li>Premiering Moose Loop new connecting trail around Franklin County&#8211;Maps are on sale $4.00.  Trail signs are being made.  There will be a kick off on June 25th in Rangeley at the Country Club.  Senator Olympia Snowe will be in attendence.  More info to follow.</li>
<li>Sweatshirts, hats and hooded sweatshirts will be ordered for sale</li>

<li>I want to thank everyone that has returned their applications, as of Friday 3/11/11 we have 77  paid members and I made a deposit of $1,375.00 which included 77 members and many donations.  Due to the cost of postage there will be only 1 newsletter sent out to all past members. Please send in your memberships  as soon as possible.  I do want to mention that in addition to membership cards, stickers and maps they will also receive membership in ATV Maine.  They provide $2500.00 in accidental death and dismemberment insurance for primary members and their immediate family as well as all supporting businesses.  Another benefit is that they also offer liability and event insurance to all affiliated clubs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>February and March I contacted Wagner, Plum Creek and AFM for 4 different connections to our trail system totalling approximately 11 miles.  Have heard nothing yet</li>
<li>March 5th I got the bucket back for the excavator.  It has been rebuilt, hard welded and has 4 new replaceable teeth.  It has been repainted, the oil changed and a new battery.  There is a bogie wheel to be fixed.   I built a small trailer to put the excavator on with hopes to pull it behind the Rhino.  </li>
<li> I have to have 1 chainshaw worked on at brady&#8217;s and change the oil in the Rhino.</li>
<li>I have 5 property permits to renew</li>
<li>I have received a call from Nadine at Sugarloaf  WSKI TV to do a live interview on Saturday March 26th at 8:30 PM  She also inquired if it would be possible for Don to join me. </li>
<li>We had Life Flight come up here and meet with the ATV club and Arnold Trail Snowmobile club and the game wardens and fire dept.  We went for a ride and established 2 new rescue zones one of which is on our trail system.  JR is also sending signs for 3 more of our rescue zones</li>
</ul>

<li>Election of Officers:  motion made to keep the same officers motioned and passed</li>
<li>Appreciation Day was a success, voted to do it again next year</li>
<li>Tim Pond ride a great success</li>
<li>Check sent to Pine Tree for show for next year at Waterville</li>
<li>Club voted for meetings to be at the same time next year, 2nd Sunday of month at the Community Building</li>
<li>Toys for Tots successful, 339 machines, Dunkin Donuts donated 20 dozen donuts</li>
<li>Approval for Black Moose Run Loop, motioned and passed</li>
<li>Stratton Elementary School asked for sponsorship, motion passed for $100.00 donation for Christmas craft fund raiser</li>
</ul>

<li>Sept 15th I cut open the trail between the roads on Butler Brook</li>
<li>Sept 16th took the excavator to Butler Brook and pulled rocks, moved slash and graded</li>
<li>Sept 17th Neal and I explored Delaware Gap from the AFM side.  It was extremely difficult.  I have since found out that there is another old road, we will look at it</li>
<li>Sept 18th we had landowners appreciation day.  Forty eight people showed up with six landowners</li>
<li>Sept 19th I went to the powerline that comes into Stratton to change the trail to the new powerline</li>
<li>Sept 20th I signed Butler Brook</li>
<li>Sept 21st I pulled rock, put in waterbars and drained the big waterhole on the Stratton Powerline</li>
<li>Sept 22nd I finished pulling rock and doing waterbars on the Stratton powerline</li>
<li>Sept 23rd I delivered the telephone poles to the Butler Brook Bridge site</li>
<li>Sept 24th Neal and I put the poles in place and added the crosspieces to the bridge</li>
<li>Sept 25th Neal, Jeff and I finished the bridge on Butler Brook Loop and added more signs</li>
<li>Sept 27th I delivered planking and cribbing to the Butler brook boardwalk site</li>
<li>Sept 29th I brushsawed the trail to the boardwalk and delivered more planks</li>
<li>Sept 30th  I hauled cribbing and planks into the site</li>
<li>Oct 1st Neal and I built 64 ft of boardwalk</li>
<li>Oct 3rd I repaired the &#8220;Jeep Damaged&#8221; new bridge and dug jeep stoppers and put in waterbars on the Butler Brook Loop</li>
<li>Oct 4th I put ramps on the Butler Brook Boardwalk</li>
<li>Oct 5th I repaired 3 broken box culverts damaged by a jeep on the End of the Lake Loop</li>
<li>I want to remind riders that Alder Stream is now closed, the Natanis Trail will be closed at Bugeye on Oct. 30th.  All other trails will remain open until the first groomable snow.  The Rangeley Trails will close on Nov. 1st</li>
</ul>

<li>Sept. 18th Appreciation Picnic &#8211; All are wellcome to attend.  Site#2 Cathedral Pines 11AM.</li>
<li>Club Ride October 2nd to Tim Pond Camps $12.oo for lunch.  Rain or Shine We will leave from the big parking lot near Pines Market at 9AM.  Call Don Plante if you plan to attend 246-5946</li>
<li>Sept. 25th Toys for Tots Ride- Meet at McDonalds in Jay 7:30 or at Whistle Stop in Farmington 9AM.  Ride goes to Canton.  Motion made and carried to donate $150.oo to this charity</li>

<li>August 10th I rocked the muddy spotts at Northwest inlet on the Antler Hill Trail</li>
<li>August 11th I spread gravel on the Pines Trail</li>
<li>August 13,14,15,16,17,18 I spread rock and gravel on the Eustis Trail</li>
<li>August 26th I repaired 2 broken planks on the Pines Trail</li>
<li>August 27th I went to Carrabassett and pulled rocks and made waterbars on the Kingfield part of their trail</li>
<li>August 30 and 31st I spread rocks and gravel on the Eustis Trail</li>
<li>September 1st I fixed broken planks on 3 box culverts</li>
<li>September 2nd I pulled rocks and did waterbars on the Eustis Trail</li>
<li>September 3rd and 4th Neal and I went to Indian Stream to get a GPS reading on that end of Delaware Gap, its a little over 2 miles thru it</li>
<li>September 7th I pulled rocks and put in waterbars on teh Eustis Trail</li>
<li>September 8th I pulled rocks and put in waterbars on the Brochu Trail and dug a pit to prevent the outlaws from riding in the river</li>
<li>September 9th I pulled rocks and put in waterbars on teh Salt Shed Road</li>
<li>September 10th I went to the SFT side of Brochu bridge taril and pulled rock adn put in waterbars</li>
<li>At this time I need to mention that our trails close at the first Groomable snow with two exceptions.  Alder Stream which includes part of the Sawyer Brook Loop will be closing Sept.15th and the Natanis Trail will be closing October 31</li>

<p>A very informal meeting was held in the parking lot at the Pines prior to the ATV&#8217;s ride to Rangeley. 25 members present</p>
<p>1.) <strong>Presidents Report</strong>:  Don Plant <a href="mailto:damp@tds.net">damp@tds.net</a></p>

<li>The Tim Pond Ride can either be on Sept. 11 or 25th.  Lunch is $12.00 Dinner 20.00  Looking for feedback from members</li>
<li>? Do we need another canopy.  Motion made  and carried to buy another canopy for functions</li>
<li>We have 1/2 million dollar insurance coverage.  Nothing for speed events</li>
<li>September 18th is the landowners &amp; members get together, site#2 on Eustis Ridge Road</li>
<li>Meeting on August 17th  High Peaks Alliance in Kingfield at the Herbert Hotel at 7PM</li>
<li>August 8th  Roxbury Best Management Practice Workshop 8-12</li>
<li>Stratton Rec Program is looking for donations for kids to go whitewater rafting. Cost $30.00  for overnight stay, rafting and pizza party.  A motion was made and carried to give the Rec Dept $250.00</li>
</ul>

<li>As of today our paid membership stands at 231.  I have to thank everyone that has donated items for our &#8220;Eclectic Treasures&#8221;.  I have held in reserve $40.00 cash that I will continue to search for items to purchase for resale.  Total profit for July is $216.40.  We will be continuing our sales efforts until mid October.  Remember, if you have any new or gently used items just drop them off at the White Wolf and I will pick them up to be sold.  Many thanks!!</li>

<ul>
<li>July 11th Ray, Pete, Phil and Jeff did signing on the Natanis trail.  Ruthann and I staked the Jeep stoppers on the Eustis trail and the Tim Pass Loop</li>
<li>July 13th I picked up 5 telephone poles and delivered them to Barnard Pond Rd</li>
<li>July14th I put the poles in place, 10 of them across the meadows and spread the cross members</li>
<li>July 15th I picked up a lift of lumber from Stratton and started planking the boardwalk at Barnard</li>
<li>July 16th I finished the planking of the boardwalk and graded part of the trail</li>
<li>July 19th I re-signd the Bridge Road, East Branch Rd. and End of the Lake.  Checked Bradbury Brook, it&#8217;s ok to  clear trail thru the slash</li>
<li>July 20th I graded the Tim Pond Road end and Sawyer Brook, and widened the corners of the bridge</li>
<li>July 21 and 22 I cleared a trail thru the slash on the bradbury Brook Loop.  The trail is now open</li>
<li>July 23 and 24 I graded the logging cut on the Tim Pass Loop</li>
<li>August 2nd I put in a culvert in the Tim Pass Logging cut and graded the entrance trail to Alder Stream</li>
<li>August 3rd I graded the short trail between the King and Bartlett Rd and Flagstaff Rd</li>
<li>August 4th I went to Jays pit and drained the water holes and graded and pulled rocks on the Eustis Trail</li>
<li>August 5th I went to the boneyard on the Stratton Trail and cleared rocks and graded</li>
<li>August 6th Don and I spread gravel on the Pines Trail</li>
</ul>
